As an online beauty provider, we recognise that we have an important role to play in slowing the spread of COVID-19.
Our warehouse runs directly out of Berwick Pharmacy in Melbourne, Australia which is operating as normal. Our online service remains open and ready to deliver the best beauty supplies straight to your doorstep.
With more people shopping online, delivery may take a little longer than usual to receive your order, please check your tracking number for updates.
Here are some updates to be aware of
No signature required
Our delivery partner Australia Post will no longer require a signature on delivery, allowing them to drop your parcel at the door without contact. It is suggested someone is at home to collect the item on its arrival, otherwise it may be left outside your door. Please check your notifications regularly from Australia Post for information if you have placed an order with Kiana Beauty.
Gift Wrapping service
Due to an influx in higher than expected volumes we may substitute our gift wrapping materials based on availability.
Shipping Routes
Australia Post have set up extra facilities to further increase their processing and delivery capabilities. With the new facilities in place, you may see your item routing to an alternative state. If you notice this there is no need to be concerned, your item should still be on time. If you do not receive your item within our recommended time frames please get in touch with Australia Post directly.
Express Post Delays
As a result of Australia Post's new distribution arrangement it may take up to five business days for express shipping items to arrive.
We always recommend leaving extra time for your parcel to arrive.
