Why is Chanel no longer available on Kiana Beauty?
Unfortunately, on 14th September 2020, we were forced to remove Chanel products from our online store, Kiana Beauty.
This was due to a global directive issued to us by Chanel. We did our best to fight it, but sadly, we were unsuccessful.
Can I still buy Chanel products from Kiana Beauty?
Our bricks and mortar store, Berwick Pharmacy, continues to be an authorised stockist of Chanel, so we can still organise to send you your favourite products. We stock the Chanel fragrance, skincare and makeup ranges, including most limited edition products.
So how do I order my favourite Chanel products from you?
You can order via:
- Email. Send us an email with the products you’re after to email@example.com, and we’ll email you back an invoice. You can pay via PayPal, credit card, AfterPay, Zip or Klarna.
- Phone. Ring us on (03) 9707-1555 and one of our team can take your order. You can either pay via credit card over the phone, or we can email you an invoice, and you can pay by one of the above methods. Phone orders are only available during business hours.
- Instore. If you live in Victoria, we invite you to visit Liz and the Chanel counter at our bricks and mortar store, Berwick Pharmacy, at 51 High Street, Berwick 3806.
Will I receive my order giftwrapped?
We will continue to offer free shipping within Australia over $50, and complimentary giftwrap.
Anything else I need to know?
We’d like to thank everyone who has chosen to support our small business with their Chanel purchases over the past 5.5 years. It really has meant a lot to us.
