As a pharmacist, I recognise how important the mind, body and soul connection is towards our overall health and I help people optimise their inner health every day. 

In my career as a pharmacist, I have been lucky enough to work alongside some amazing skin care and makeup experts. They have shared their tips with me to transform my own skin with the best pharmacy brands of skin care and makeup. 

With Kiana Beauty, I want to share the amazing product range and expert advice that I have access to with you and the rest of Australia. I want to help you create your best skin yet, find a lipstick shade that gives you some va-va-voom or a fragrance that boosts your mood. After all, when we feel good about ourselves, we look our best.

I love that beauty can transform how we look and feel. As a pharmacist, I look past the trends, glossy campaigns and airbrushed images and look for the research and science behind the products that we use and personally recommend.

My tips for feeling my best:

I feel most confident when my skin feels comfortable and looks healthy and glowing. Healthy skin is achieved by taking care of yourself from the inside out and outside in. I largely follow a Mediterranean diet, the benefits of which are well known. In addition to this, I wear sunscreen every day to protect my skin against premature ageing and hyperpigmentation. I’m religious about my skin care routine, and use serums to target specific skin concerns. At the moment, I’m loving AMPERNA Pro+ Vitamin C Hyaluronic Acid Serum.

When I’m not working, I love hanging out with my hubby and 3 kids, preferably at the beach on a stand up paddle board.
